Undergraduate students may request assistance with research questions at the library service desk or virtually via MS Teams.
Library staff is available to help you with:
On-Campus Research Assistance
Go to the library service desk located on the 3rd floor of the Student Center to request research assistance. A library staff member will work with you at the Research Assistance/Instructional computer.
There is no need to schedule an appointment with a librarian while on campus during normal library operating hours.
Off-Campus (Remote) Research Assistance
Schedule a meeting with a library staff member through Microsoft Teams. Library staff can work with you to setup a time convenient to you during our remote hours of operation.
During the meeting, library staff will share their computer screen as they explore the library's electronic resources.
All UNT Dallas users have access to MS Teams through their Office 365 institutional email account. Either the online or desktop version of MS Teams may be used.
